Take note while water is dripping white smoke is also noticed if head gasket is damaged. My exhaust had a lot of water coming out of the joint between catalytic converter and the rear system. It was also blowing as I could hear it.
Unfortunately the nuts and bolts seized solid so out came the angle grinder and power bar. The water in exhaust is the normal effect of work of engine. However the leak of exhaust if only it does not cause the larger noise then it is not problem rather.
We are talking about a decent amount of water enough coming off the tranny to have a constant drip and enough off of most of the joints to have drips build but not enough for them to drop except the rear most one before the mufflerwhich seems to be dripping quite a bit almost consistent.
