In fact there can be some weep holes for water to escape from the exhaust pipes at the joints by design. Its better than letting it sit in there are rust from the inside. If you discover your exhaust leak to be coming from the exhaust manifold or one of the joints in your exhaust system you may be able to seal the leak simply by changing the gasket.

Looking for some help I just installed an mbrp turbo back kit on my truck and my issue is Im leaking some black fluid from the joints Im assuming its the packing grease but Im curious cause its coming out of.
