Power trim slowly goes down

Power trim slowly goes down. The motor runs like a champ but there is an annoying problem with the power trim. If the motor is trimmed up it will slowly leak down until it is trimmed down. The power trim seems to work normally in the up position but the outdrive moves very slowly when down is selected. I beleive that there are two o rings on that screw shaft. You need to pop off the snap ring around the screw then pull the screw out. You may be able to replace the o rings.
