Mercury 115 4 stroke problems

I have taken it apart a few times but see no problem. It will fall apart if really bad.

If the Mercury Outboard 115 will not start this can indicate a variety of things.

Next time itll be a Honda for me. I pulled the cover off my 115 4 stroke this weekend to check the oil level. While looking everything else over I noticed the air intake filter had some damage to it.

It looked like the foam in the filter was just falling apart. The intake filter is made out of some sort of foam with oil in it. 115 HP 4 stroke water pump issue.

I have replaced the water pump impeller on a 2007 115HP 4 stroke Mercury outboard. When the motor runs it does not seem to pump water. I have taken it apart a few times but see no problem.
